GardePro X60P 4G Trail Camera – 48MP, 8000mAh Li-ion, Unlocked SIM

Description

A dependable 4G camera with a rechargeable battery

The GardePro X60P is a classic 4G trail camera: it triggers on movement, records photos and video and sends them to the GardePro app on your phone or computer. Instead of a tray full of AA batteries, it runs on an included 8000 mAh lithium-ion battery that you recharge via USB-C or keep topped up with a solar panel.

The X60P does not have live view. If you want to watch the site live on demand, choose the X60P Pro Max Live.

Key advantages

• Photos and video over 4G, not just still images.
• 48 MP photos and 1296p video with sound; time-lapse mode available.
• 0.1 s trigger and a wide approx. 120° PIR with fewer false triggers.
• Adaptive 940 nm no-glow IR, range approx. 30 m.
• No app subscription: cloud storage, video sending and HD requests are free in the GardePro app – no paid tier for the basics.
• Clean image quality: sharp shots with true blacks and whites and far less of the grey “white haze” many cameras produce at night.
• Lite Video preview: watch the whole clip at about 2 fps first, then download the full-resolution version only when it is worth it.
• Upload resume: if a transfer is interrupted, the camera sends it again, so fewer captures get lost.
• Over-the-air updates and a camera password in the app – a security option few trail cameras offer.
• Unlocked SIM: use a data SIM from any network. With a well-chosen data plan, running costs can be as low as roughly €2.50 a month (depends on your plan). SIM card not included.
• 8000 mAh Li-ion battery with USB-C charging and a 12 V DC socket for solar.
• SD card up to 512 GB (not included).

Recording modes

Choose photos, video or both. Clips run from 3 seconds to 5 minutes, and the Lite Video preview lets you skim a whole clip at about 2 fps before you download it in full. Time-lapse mode is available for watching a field or a feeding site at fixed intervals.

Night vision and trigger

Invisible 940 nm LEDs light the scene without a visible glow. The adaptive algorithm adjusts their power to the animal’s distance, which avoids overexposed close-ups and dark long shots. The two- to three-stage PIR covers approx. 120° and reaches approx. 27 m below 25 °C; the f/1.6 lens has a 70° field of view.

Battery and solar

The included 8000 mAh battery charges at 5 V via USB-C. For long-term sites, connect a compatible solar panel to the 5.5 × 2.1 mm DC socket (12 V / 1 A). The IP66 housing works from −20 °C to +60 °C.
