The GardePro X60P Pro Max Live is the live-view edition of the popular X60P. It takes photos and video when the PIR sensor detects movement and sends them over 4G, and whenever you want, you can open a live stream from the app to see what is happening at the site. A rechargeable 8000 mAh lithium-ion battery and a built-in 32 GB card come with it, so it is ready to go as soon as you add a SIM card.

It is a trail camera first: live view runs only when you request it, so it is not a replacement for a permanently streaming security camera.

• Unlocked SIM: use a data SIM from any network. With a well-chosen data plan, running costs can be as low as roughly €2.50 a month (depends on your plan). SIM card not included.
• 8000 mAh Li-ion battery with USB-C charging, plus a 12 V DC socket for a solar panel.
• 32 GB card built in – nothing extra to buy for storage.

How live view works

Send a command from the app and the camera connects and streams in real time. It is ideal for checking a feeding site or a stand before you go out, or for following up on a photo that has just arrived. When you close the stream, the camera returns to its normal trigger mode.

Battery and solar power

The included 8000 mAh battery charges via USB-C (5 V). For permanent sites, connect a compatible solar panel to the 5.5 × 2.1 mm DC socket (12 V / 1 A) and the camera can stay out for long periods without a visit. Spare batteries and solar panels are available as accessories.

Is live view always on?

No. You start live view in the app when you need it. Otherwise the camera triggers on motion and sends photos or video.

Do I need 4G coverage?

Yes. Photos and videos are sent over 4G, so the location needs enough signal.

Is a SIM card included?

No. The camera is unlocked – insert a data SIM from the operator of your choice.

Do I pay for the cloud or HD downloads?

No. Cloud storage, video sending and HD requests are free in the GardePro app.

Do I need an SD card?

No. This model has a 32 GB card built in.

Can I connect a solar panel?
