Where we ship
We ship from our warehouse in Slovenia (EU) to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.
Customers in Germany and Austria can order from our sister shop jagdkamera.eu (shipping €9.90). Customers in Croatia can order from lionshop.hr, and customers in Slovenia from lionshop.si.
If your country is not listed, please contact us before ordering and we will check the options for you.
Shipping costs
Shipping within the countries listed above costs a flat €30.00 per order, including VAT. The exact shipping cost is always shown in the cart and at checkout before you place your order.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Products in stock are normally dispatched on the same or the next working day.
- Delivery within the EU usually takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination. Remote areas and islands may take longer.
- Pre-order products are dispatched as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. The expected arrival date is shown on the product page.
- If a product is unexpectedly not available, we will contact you. You can wait, choose another product or cancel the order with a full refund.
Carrier and tracking
Parcels are normally sent with GLS. We may use another reliable carrier if that is faster for your destination. You will receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Taxes and duties
All prices include VAT. For deliveries within the EU there are no customs duties.
Damaged parcels
Please check your parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the driver if possible and send us photos at info@scoutguard-eu.com. This helps us settle the claim with the carrier and does not affect your statutory rights.
