Consumer dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@scoutguard-eu.com. We answer every complaint and aim to find a fair solution quickly.
Leo M&T d.o.o. does not currently recognise any provider of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as competent for disputes with consumers, and we are not obliged to take part in ADR proceedings. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Consumers can still get free advice on cross-border purchases from the European Consumer Centre in their country (ECC-Net) and can always take legal action before the competent court.
Disposal of batteries and electrical equipment
Batteries, rechargeable batteries and electrical or electronic devices must not be disposed of with household waste. Please take them to a municipal collection point or a retailer that accepts them. The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on a product or its packaging means exactly this. Before disposal, remove batteries where possible and delete personal data (for example on memory cards).
